We're happy to answer any questions you have about the merchandise available to our visitors and VIP Fan Club members. Before contacting us, please read through the following commonly asked questions and answers. There is an email address provided below if your question still isn’t answered.

How much does VIP Fan Club membership cost, and what do I get?
The annual, non-refundable membership fee is $39.95 plus shipping and handling ($3.95). Your V.I.P membership includes access to special Hallewood alerts and personal messages from Halle throughout the year. V.I.P members also receive an official Hallewood hat, bumper sticker, mousepad, a signed photograph of Halle Berry and an official VIP Fan Club Card that is also signed by Halle Berry.

How long do orders take to arrive?
Most orders are shipped within 1 week of the credit card being charged and approved.

What are my payment options?
At this time, Hallewood.com only accepts payments by Visa and Mastercard. Changes to this policy will be posted at this location, if they occur.

What is your return policy?
All membership fees and sales are final, but defective merchandise can be returned for an exchange. You may return any defective item to us within 15 days for exchange, less shipping charges.

How about memberships outside the U.S.?
The VIP Fan Club membership is available to international customers. Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping ($15). We can only accept Visa or Mastercard for international orders.
