Payment:

You are responsible for any charges incurred to access the Service. If you sign up for Halle’s VIP Fan Club, theVIP Hallehood Groovers, then you are responsible for the subscription fees. After you become a registered Subscriber, the Service automatically charges your credit card each month until you send an e-mail message to remove@hallewood.com requesting that we cancel your subscription to the Service.

Other Stuff:

The Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, but not its choice of law rules. You and the Service each agrees to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the state of California.

The failure of the Service to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.
